NeoPro Cycling Reviews: The Brand
Did you get the same Facebook ad that I got asking you to check out NeoPro’s designs? Yes, the one with the guy who has the wild haircut? I did get that one. However, there are not many NeoPro Cycling Reviews online.
I thought it may be useful for you for me to bite the bullet and do a purchase to give my experience with the brand if you are on the fence. The brand paints itself as a budget brand in contrast to the other higher cost brands out there.
You will learn about the purchase experience of doing business with NeoPro, what their comfort level for their bibs are, and also about their policies and what other customers have experienced in the NeoPro Cycling Reviews.
The bottom line when choosing to work with NeoPro is that it is a good budget brand that does in fact come with budget brand asterisks. Read on to learn more about those asterisks and how to avoid any challenges.

Who is NeoPro?
NeoPro is a value priced brand for cycling gear based in Brisbane, Australia. They have warehouses in the United States as well, and ship their products internationally. They are known for having truly quality products at a very reasonable price.
Their gear is curated and designed in Brisbane and shipped from international borders. Because their items are shipped internationally is not a testament to the quality – the product is very high quality for the price point.
Why do people buy from NeoPro Cycling?
A bib will cost you $59.99 and a jersey will cost you $44.99. For just over $100 for a full cycling set, the price simply can not be beat, if the quality is up to standard – if anything, well above standard of the price given.
Though what is true is the quality is in fact up to standard. There are no complaints of the quality of the jerseys or the bibs online. This is also the case for me when I received mine (it took about 3 days after purchase to get to my door).
The only thing that I noticed was that the inseam of my bib is about 1 inch longer than my PEdALED jersey. Also, the lycra finish is a touch shinier than the PEdALED matte finish that I purchased.
How is the fit for NeoPro Cycling Bibs?
The fit fits on me very slim as a race fit. I mentioned before that my inseam was a bit longer than my other bibs, but I’m also well over 6 feet tall, so this is not a problem for me. I happen to have a tall and slim sizing so I opted for the Large. It fits well and was not a problem along the waste as I was expecting.
What others are saying is that the sizing feels more true to American sizing rather than European cycling. What this means is you do not need to size up one size with this brand because the fit is more American than European. This was my experience as well when I bought my own bib.
What about the Chamois comfort with NeoPro?
The Chamois is of good quality and I like the padding, though it is not as soft as some of my higher end brands that I have in my closet.
I took a look in my bibs and didn’t see any specific type of branding with the chamois padding. Though what I will say is that it is not the lowest quality, and I just took it out for a 50 mile ride.
It overall was a bit stiff, though again, I have read that it loosens up over a couple of rides afterwards.
Is NeoPro trustworthy?
This is the only point of contingency with the brand. I specifically have not had any problems with the brand. Though, similar to any value priced brand in an industry where it can be difficult to keep costs low, I feel this may be where NeoPro may feel a bit of a pinch.
NeoPro is in fact trustworthy, though if you need to speak with their customer service for any reason – a return, an exchange (no exchanges are accepted), or for any other reason, the after-purchase experience has been hit or miss for many.
To make a return, you pay for your shipping cost back to the warehouse. In the age of Amazon and other brands competiting with Amazon where free shipping and free returns is the standard, this is a policy that may seem off to some customers.
With that being said, this is how they are able to offer their prices so low. The product of the bib is high – though the customer service, after purchase support and returns and exchanges leave the customer more to be desired – at the chance that these services are needed.
Why do people not like NeoPro?
Every person that I ride with that has a NeoPro kit has mixed NeoPro Cycling reviews about the brand. Everyone knows someone that has had a difficult time with their customer service after purchase for any reason.
This seems to be the case online as well, where NeoPro has some challenges with fulfilling orders and returns from time to time. Is the peace of mind worth an extra $100-$150 for a jersey?
Conclusion
For $59.99, this is a fantastic bib that fits true to American size. I will be purchasing again and am happy with the servicing that I received.
There are some mixed NeoPro cycling reviews on the service received from NeoPro after receiving goods where their customer service can be a challenge to work with – however, if anyone is wondering where the different in $70 went per bib when comparing to other cycling brands – that is exactly where it is.
If you are a consumer that simply wants a good value bib and jersey set at an excellent price, and can forgo all other services a retail company typically provides – NeoPro is right for you.
